Child Safety Standards

Cosmira Date ("the App", "we") is a dating and astrological self-discovery application intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and over. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our published standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to CSAE, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
1. Our Commitment
- We prohibit CSAM and any content, conduct, or contact that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors anywhere in the App.
- The App is restricted to users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow or retain accounts belonging to minors.
- We comply with all applicable child-safety laws and report CSAE to the relevant authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and competent local authorities.
2. Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate account termination and reporting where required by law:
- Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAM.
- Grooming, soliciting, or attempting to sexualize or exploit any person under 18.
- Misrepresenting one's age, or any attempt by a minor to access the App.
- Sexual extortion, trafficking, or any sexualized contact involving minors.
3. Prevention Measures
- Age gate: Users must confirm they are 18+ to use the App; the service is published with an adults-only audience and rating.
- Moderation: Profiles, photos, and reported content are subject to review. Accounts that violate these standards are removed.
- Account removal: Any account suspected to belong to a minor, or used for CSAE, is disabled and its data handled in accordance with our policies and the law.
4. In-App Reporting
Every user can report a profile or behavior directly inside the App. Open a user's profile, tap the "⋯" (more) menu, choose Report, and select a reason — including "Underage user" and "Inappropriate content". Reports are reviewed and acted upon. You may also email child-safety concerns to support@cosmira.date.
5. How We Respond
- We review child-safety reports promptly and remove violating content and accounts.
- We preserve relevant evidence and report CSAE to NCMEC and/or the appropriate national and regional authorities as required by law.
- We cooperate with law enforcement investigations to the extent permitted and required.
6. Designated Point of Contact
Our designated contact for child-safety matters and questions about our CSAM-prevention practices and compliance is reachable at support@cosmira.date. This contact is knowledgeable about and prepared to respond to inquiries regarding this policy.
