Account & Data Deletion
This page explains how to permanently delete your Cosmira Date account and all data associated with it. You can start the deletion in two ways: from within the app (immediate) or by email request (if you no longer have access to the app).
Method 1 — From the App (Recommended, Immediate)
- Open the Cosmira Date app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap 'Delete My Account (KVKK)' at the bottom.
- Confirm deletion in the confirmation dialog.
Your account and all your data are permanently deleted immediately after confirmation; this action cannot be undone.
Method 2 — Email Request
If you no longer have access to the app, send a deletion request from the email address registered on your account to the address below. After verifying your identity, we will complete your request within 30 days at the latest.

Data That Will Be Deleted
Along with account deletion, all of the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account information (email, display name)
- Your birth information (date, time, place) and computed birth charts
- Your profile details (bio, interests, preferences) and uploaded photos
- Your matches, likes, and messages you have sent
- Your conversations with the AI guide 'Mira' and usage logs
Data That Is Retained

These records can be de-identified and are kept solely due to legal obligations; they are not used for marketing or other purposes.
Subscriptions: If you have an active subscription purchased via the App Store / Google Play / web, deleting your account does NOT automatically cancel it. You must also cancel through the platform where you purchased (App Store, Google Play, or your web account).
